Our fixtures are sold with a life time limited warranty. If our lights have problems with workmanship or defective materials we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not apply to vandalism, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or fixtures not installed according to directions. The warranty does not cover products not made by us like transformers and bulbs. We back all our customers with repair of unavoidable damage by repairing your lamp or glass at our cost plus shipping.
RETURN POLICY: If you are dissatisfied with our fixture for any reason we will gladly refund your payment less shipping and handling. Your fixture must be in new condition and in th original packing material. Give us the following information and return it to us within 30 days.
